Wish I could say ANYTHING positive about our business dealing with FROGs.
My husband and I were totally taken in by the owners Christian scripture and analogy of giving gifts. We started working with the owner the beginning of May 2023 (currently January 2024 and we still don’t have them). Our request was a custom piece. My husband and I went back and forth to get the proof just right. I am sure the graphic designers were and are stretched to their limit. Hate to say we paid $1200 up-front to get the process started.
Currently, we are told it has been forwarded to the engraver and they are dragging THEIR feet. It has gone from 3 months promised to 8 months. I hope we even get them but It is not looking too good.
